MATERIALS
Lily® Sugar’n Cream® (Solids 400 g/14 oz)
Contrast A (Mauve) 1 ball
Contrast B (Yellow) 1 ball
Contrast C (Blue) 1 ball
Contrast D (Red) 1 ball

Size 6 mm (U.S. J or 10) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge.

GAUGE
12 sc and 12 rows = 4 ins [10 cm] with 2 strands of yarn worked tog.

INSTRUCTIONS
Notes: • Work with 2 strands of yarn throughout.• When changing colors, work to last 2 loops on hook. Draw new color through loops and continue.
With 2 strands of A, ch 2.
1st rnd: 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Join B with sl st to first sc.
2nd rnd: With B, ch 1. 2 sc in each sc around. 12 sc. Join D with sl st to first sc.
3rd rnd: With D, ch 1. *2 sc in next sc. 1 sc in next sc. Rep from * around. 18 sc. Join B with st st to first sc.
4th rnd: With B, ch 1. *1 sc in next sc. 2 sc in next sc. 1 sc in next sc. Rep from * around. 24 sc. Join A with sl st to first sc.
5th rnd: With A, ch 1. *2 sc in next sc. 1 sc in each of next 3 sc. Rep from * around. 30 sc. Join C with sl st to first sc.
6th rnd: With C, ch 1. *1 sc in each of next 2 sc. 2 sc in next sc. 1 sc in each of next 2 sc. Rep from * around. 36 sc. Join A with sl st to first sc.
7th rnd: With A, ch 1. *2 sc in next sc. 1 sc in each of next 5 sc. Rep from * around. 42 sc. Join B with sl st to first sc.
Cont in this manner working 6 rnd stripe pat rep as follows: 1 rnd B, 1 rnd D, 1 rnd B, 1 rnd A, 1 rnd C, 1 rnd A, AT SAME TIME, inc 6 sts evenly around every rnd (alternating increases as established) until 55 rnds in total are complete. 330 sc. Fasten off.
