MEASUREMENT
Approx 7½ ins [19 cm] diameter.

MATERIALS
Lily® Sugar’n Cream® (Solids 400 g / 14 oz)
Contrast A:
(Green) 1 ball
Lily® Sugar’n Cream® Twists 340 g / 12 oz)
Contrast B:
(Twists) 1 ball

Size 4 mm (U.S. G or 6) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge. Plastic scrubby approx 3½ ins [9 cm] diameter.

GAUGE
15 sc and 16 rows = 4 ins [10 cm].

INSTRUCTIONS
Join A with sl st at side of Scrubby under 3 loops.
1st rnd: Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp as last sl st. Work 39 sc more around Scrubby.
Join with sl st to first sc. 40 sc.
2nd rnd: Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp as last sl st. 1 sc in each of next 8 sc. *2 sc in next sc. 1 sc in each of next 9 sc. Rep from * 3 times more. 2 sc in last sc. Join with sl st to first sc. Fasten off. 44 sc.
3rd rnd: Join B with sl st in any sc. Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp. *Ch 9. 1 hdc in 3rd ch from hook. 1 hdc in next ch. 1 dc in each of next 4 ch. 1 tr in last ch. Miss next 3 sc of 2nd rnd. 1 sc in next sc. Rep from * around omitting sc at end of last rep. Join with sl st to first sc. Fasten off. 11 petals.
4th rnd: Working behind 3rd rnd, join B with sl st in any center sc of 3 missed sc from last rnd. Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp. *Ch 9. 1 hdc in 3rd ch from hook. 1 hdc in next ch. 1 dc in each of next 4 ch. 1 tr in last ch. Miss next 3 sc of 2nd rnd. 1 sc in next sc (center sc of 3 missed sc from 3rd rnd).
Rep from * around omitting sc at end of last rep. Join with sl st to first sc.
Fasten off.
