SIZES
Ladies’ shoe sizes S (5-6), M (7-8) and L (9-10).

MATERIALS
Sizes: S (M-L)
Lily Sugar’n Cream (70.9 g/ 2.5 oz)
Main color (MC) (Cream): 2 (2-2) balls
Contrast A (White): 1 (1-1) ball

Size 3.75 mm (U.S. F or 5) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge.

GAUGE
15 dc and 7 rows = 4 ins [10 cm].

INSTRUCTIONS
The instructions are written for smallest size. If changes are necessary for larger sizes the instructions will be written thus ( ).
Sole: With MC, ch 22 (24-26).
1st rnd: (RS). 1 dc in 4th ch from hook. 1 dc in each of next 17 (19-21) ch. 5 dc in last ch. Working into rem loop on opposite side of foundation ch, 1 dc in each of next 17 (19-21) ch. 3 dc in last ch. Join with sl st to top of ch 3.
2nd rnd: Ch 3. 1 dc in same sp as last sl st. 2 dc in next dc. 1 dc in each of next 17 (19-21) dc. 2 dc in each of next 5 dc. 1 dc in each of next 17 (19-21) dc. 2 dc in each of last 3 dc. Join with sl st to top of ch 3.
3rd rnd: Ch 3. 1 dc in same sp as last sl st. 2 dc in each of next 3 dc. 1 dc in each of next 4 dc. 1 hdc in each of next 4 dc. 1 sc in each of next 5 (7-9) dc. 1 hdc in each of next 4 dc. 2 hdc in each of next 10 dc. 1 hdc in each of next 4 dc. 1 sc in each of next 5 (7-9) dc. 1 hdc in each of next 4 dc. 1 dc in each of next 4 dc. 2 dc in each of next 6 dc. Join with sl st to top of ch 3.
Cont as follows:
Upper: 1st rnd: Ch 1. Working in back loop only of each st, 1 sc in same sp as last sl st. 1 sc in each of next 20 (22-24) sts. 1 hdc in each of next 8 sts. 1 dc in each of next 12 sts. 1 hdc in each of next 8 sts. 1 sc in each of next 24 (26-28) sts. Join with sl st to first sc.
2nd rnd: Ch 3. 1 dc in same sp as last sl st. 1 dc in each of next 33 (35-37) sts. (Yoh and draw up a loop in next st. Yoh and draw through 2 loops on hook) twice. Yoh and draw through all loops on hook – dc2tog made. Dc2tog over next 2 sts. 1 dc in each of next 33 (35-37) sts. 2 dc in next st. 1 dc in last st. Join with sl st to top of ch 3.
3rd rnd: Ch 3. 1 dc in next st and each of next 33 (35-37) sts. (Dc2tog over next 2 sts) twice. 1 dc in each of last 35 (37-39) sts. Join with sl st to top of ch 3.
4th rnd: Ch 3. 1 dc in next st and each st to end of rnd. Join with sl st to top of ch 3. Fasten off.
Top: 1st row: With RS of Slipper facing, join MC with sl st to 8th dc before ch 3 of last rnd. Miss next 2 dc. 2 dc in next dc. (Miss next 2 dc. 3 dc in
next dc) 3 times. Miss next 2 dc. 2 dc in next dc. Miss next 2 dc. Sl st in each of next 3 dc. Turn.
2nd row: 3 dc in sp between 2 dc and 3 dc groups. (3 dc in sp between 3 dc groups) twice. 3 dc in sp between 3 dc and 2 dc groups. Miss next 2 dc along last rnd of Upper. Sl st in each of next 3 dc. Turn.
3rd row: 2 dc in sp before 3 dc group. (3 dc in sp between 3 dc groups) 3 times. 2 dc in sp after last 3 dc group. Miss next 2 dc along last rnd of Upper. Sl st in each of next 3 dc. Turn.
Rep last 2 rows once more.
Next row: 3 dc in sp between 2 dc and 3 dc groups. (3 dc in sp between 3 dc groups) twice. 3 dc in sp between 3 dc and 2 dc groups. Miss next 2 dc along last rnd of Upper. With A, sl st in next dc. Turn. Break MC and proceed as follows:
Edging: 1st rnd: (RS). With A, ch 1. 1 sc in same sp as last sl st. *(1 dc. Ch 3. Sl st into 3rd ch from hook – picot made. 1 dc) in center dc of next 3 dc group. 1 sc in sp between 3 dc groups. Rep from * 3 times. (1 dc. Picot. 1 dc) in center dc of last 3 dc group. 1 sc in same sp as next sl st. 1 sc in each st around Upper. Join with sl st to first sc. Fasten off.

FLOWER (make 2)
With A, ch 4.
1st rnd: 1 dc in 4th ch from hook. Ch 3. (Sl st. Ch 3. 1 dc. Ch 3) 4 times in same sp. Sl st in same sp. Fasten off.
Sew to Top of Slipper as shown in picture.
