Main Color (MC) (01130 Warm Brown) 1 ball
Contrast A (00142 Country Pink) 1 ball
Cub
Contrast B (01004 Soft Ecru) 1 ball
Set of four size 4 mm (U.S. 6) double-pointed knitting needles or size needed to obtain gauge. 4 small black beads for eyes. Small amount of black embroidery floss for nose and mouth. Stuffing.

GAUGE
21 sts and 28 rows = 4 ins [10 cm] in stocking st.

Body
**With pair of double-pointed needles, cast on 4 sts. Set-up row: Inc 1 st in each st to end of row. 8 sts. Divide sts evenly on 3 needles (3, 3, 2). Join to in rnd. Place marker on first stitch.
1st rnd: Knit.
2nd rnd: *K1. M1. Rep from * around. 16 sts.
3rd rnd: Knit.
4th rnd: *K2. M1. Rep from * around. 24 sts.**
5th rnd: Knit.
6th rnd: *K4. M1. Rep from * around. 30 sts.
7th rnd: Knit.
8th rnd: *K5. M1. Rep from * around. 36 sts.
Knit 12 rnds even.
Shape neck: Next rnd: *K2tog. Rep from * around. 18 sts.
Next rnd: Knit.
Next rnd: *K3. M1. Rep from * around. 24 sts.
Next rnd: *K4. M1. Rep from * around. 30 sts.
Knit 8 rnds even.
Stuff Body.

Shape head: Next rnd: *K3. K2tog. Rep from * around. 24 sts.
Next rnd: Knit.

Stuff rem of Body.

Apron
With A, cast on 12 sts.
Work in garter st (knit every row), noting first row is WS, until piece from beg measures 1½ ins [4 cm], ending on a RS row. Cast off knitwise (WS).

Tie
With A, cast on 45 sts. Cast off knitwise. Center Apron to Ties and sew in position. Tie Apron around Body.

CUB
Body
With B, work from ** to ** as given for Mama.

Stuff rem of head.
Break yarn, leaving a long end. Thread end through rem loops and fasten securely.

Finishing
Sew Ears to Head as shown in picture. Sew beads to head for eyes.
